Luxury Oval Gas Fire Table – Grey Outdoor Fireplace (152×74 cm) VELA

The fire pit is designed to also function as a conference table. When you don't need the flame, the fire pit can be covered with a lid, giving you a more compact storage area. The space looks tidier and the fire pit is easier to keep clean. Only use the lid after it has completely cooled down. The integrated ignition makes it easier to start the fire pit. You can adjust the flame as needed with the rotary control. The ignition is powered by AAA batteries (not included). The control is practical even with regular use.

The fire pit includes lava stones that are placed around the burner. They help create a balanced look of the fire and promote more stable burning. At the same time, they protect the burner area from dirt. For the best effect, place them evenly. The body is made of ecological composite material. The SUS 201 burner is complemented by a steel bowl, which supports stable operation at higher output. The surfaces can be maintained with regular cleaning. The combination of materials is suitable for both the terrace and the garden.

Comfortable seating by the fire right on the terrace

The fireplace is connected to an external 5 kg gas cylinder . A 2,5 m gas hose is included, which makes it easier to place the cylinder. Place the hose so that it does not obstruct the walking area, and is not pressed by tension. Connect according to the instructions. PVC cover is used to cover it, which protects the surface from dust, dirt and external influences. It is used only after it has completely cooled down. When not in use for a long time, it is advisable to cover the fireplace. This outdoor gas fireplace is suitable wherever you want to combine the comfort of sitting with the effect of a live fire. Thanks to gas operation, it is ready to use without preparing wood and without subsequent cleaning of ash.

Elegant dark design that will highlight your patio

Space for more people and a distinctive design

The outdoor fire pit is 152,6 cm long, which means that more people can comfortably sit around the fire pit. The rectangular shape creates a natural center of seating and encourages conversation and relaxation. The flame gives the space a distinctive visual effect without wood and ash. The fire pit is suitable for evenings on the terrace, in the garden and by the pool. The rectangular shape naturally complements terrace sets and acts as a practical central element of the space. When used correctly according to the instructions, it offers a comfortable solution for evening relaxation and meetings with visitors.

FAQ Frequently asked questions:

Q: Can fire really heat?
A: Yes, fire is powerful comparable to real fire but without the smoke and smell. It is several times more powerful than indoor bio-alcohol fireplaces.

Q: What gas to use with the firepits?
A: Ideally pure propane especially in cold weather because propane-butane tends to freeze and thus the flame gradually diminishes in cold weather. Propane also has greater purity, no odor, and even slightly greater heat value.

Q: What gas cylinder to use?
A: Commonly available gas cylinders that are used for grills or gas heaters.

Q: Can the firepits also be placed in the rain?
A: Yes, they are fully weatherproof all year round.

Q: Can the firepits be outside under the roof?
A: Yes, It can be commonly placed under wooden, textile or plastic roofs.

Q: Can they be used indoors?
A: Although they do not have any toxic fumes, they are not recommended for indoor use as they have a powerful flame which has a high oxygen consumption and so without a supply of fresh air, the oxygen would be quickly consumed.

Q: Is there any special care needed for the firepit table?
A: No, it is a low-maintenance product in terms of care. We recommend using a nano impregnation on the concrete 1-2 times a year. We offer the manufacturer AKEMI, you can find it in our offer.

Q: Can it be used to grill on the fire?
A: Fire is not harmful, the same gas is used as for grilling. However, there is a concern of grease contaminating the burner or firepit filling, so we do not recommend grilling on the fire due to the contamination of the firepit and burner.

Q: Do I need to change the firepit filling?
A: The lava rock that is included in the package will change the shape a bit while using, but it is not an extreme loss. We can consider that the fire glass chips are persistent for an extremely long period.

Q: What material are they made of?
A: Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC). This is an extremely durable and also relatively lightweight material.

Q: Are the firepits portable?

• AYes, the most firepits in our offer can be carried by two people like regular furniture. The weight is between 50-110kg.
• Q: Is it safe?
• AYes, the firepits tables comply to all EU standards. Besides, there is a thermoprobe which automatically shuts off the gas supply in case the flame is suddenly extinguished for example by water.
• Q: What is the gas consumption?
• AIt depends very much on the intensity of the set flame, but usually the consumption is between 800-900gr per hour at maximum performance.
• Q: What accessories do you offer and what are they used for?
• AGas cylinder cover - it serves as not only an aesthetic cover for the cylinder in the same design as the firepit, but also as an additional storage or table surface near the firepit.
• AWind shield - a glass shield around the fire pit that serves as a wind shield, but also for increased flame glare. It will also limit the immediate heat to items on the table near the flames.
• ASteel cover - when the fire is off, the steel cover can be used to cover the fireplace to provide a full table surface. It also serves as a barrier against falling dirt.
• ADecorative fire glass chips - is essentially indestructible fire pit filler. Moreover, the flame reflections from its glass surfaces create an even greater aesthetic experience.
